A Beauty Teen Bailey Wachholz was crowned Miss Minnesota's Outstanding Teen 2012 on Saturday night March 31, 2012 in the Eden Prairie High School Small Theater at Eden Prairie. She will represent Minnesota state at the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2013 pageant, scheduled for August 14-18, 2012 in Orlando, Florida.
