Abby McCary of USA Wins Sports Fast Track Event
Abby McCary, the 25-year old delegate of the United States, has won the Miss World Sport award and earned her a spot in the Top 15. She will join Miss Dominican Republic, the Beach Beauty winner in the semis while 13 spots are still up for grabs.

Scotland placed 2nd while Sweden and Wales are tied in 3rd place. The next fast-track event is the Talent competition where the winner will also get an automatic slot in the semi-finals.

Dominican Republic Wins Miss World Beach Beauty
Ada Aimee de la Cruz of the Dominican Republic bested 19 other semi-finalists in the Beach Beauty fast-track event in Miss World Saturday night in Sanya, China. Dela Cruz, one of the favorites to win the crown, won the first slot in the semi-finals for winning Beach Beauty this year.
